Opinion about this article below.......

First of all I would like to say that really stinks about what happened, but at the same time I really don't feel bad for the guy that lost his account because honestly after having that account for five years and still not backing up any of those photos is really stupid. So at the same time its not completely flickr's fault. Also in general I don't even use flickr anymore because if you have a site you should really just link it to a blog or have a fan page with your photos on facebook. Just stating my opinion, what do you guys think?
